Triktoys honors returns within 30 days of purchase. All international orders (those outside of the USA) that are not insured are not covered against loss. Insured packages will be declared for the full value of the purchase. France and Canada has the highest & most frequent package losses, so we HIGHLY RECOMMEND any buyers within those territories insure packages or we will not cover your loss.
